Meet Scott & Susan Toothacre
Our story
ToothAcre Ranch was founded in 2017 by newlyweds Scott and Susan Toothacre, and is located in the rolling hills of Ramona, California; the heart of San Diego’s burgeoning wine and olive oil region.
In 2018, we planted 100+ Tuscan variety olive trees on our property. Our first olive harvest in 2019 produced 32 bottles of exceptional ToothAcre Ranch olive oil. Over the years, we have planted 650 additional trees in our groves. Now, our trees produce enough delicious ToothAcre Ranch Estate Old-World Style Extra Virgin olive oil to share with friends, followers, and at long last, our online customers.
Our 2021 olive harvest produced a dozen cases of our ToothAcre Ranch Estate Olive Oil. We entered our first two California Olive Oil Competitions in spring 2022, and are proud to announce that we won our first Gold Medal at the The Big Fresno Fair 7th Annual San Joaquin Valley Olive Oil Competition (SJVOOC), and our first Bronze Medal at the California Mid State Fair, Central Coast Olive Oil Competition in Paso Robles.
In 2021 we expanded our product line by introducing ToothAcre Ranch Aged Balsamic Vinegars; Cask-8, Cask-10, and Cask-25, along with two fruit flavored Balsamic Vinegars; Strawberry and White Peach.
